Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
